On Thursday, 21st May 2026, Action for Change and Empowerment (A.C.E.) successfully carried out a Palliative Distribution Project in partnership with Jakin NGO, reaching 150 vulnerable households within the community.
The initiative was organized to provide relief and nutritional support to individuals and families living beneath the poverty line, including senior citizens and children. To ensure a smooth and orderly distribution process, beneficiaries were identified and mobilized days before the event. Each selected beneficiary was issued a ticket, which was presented upon arrival at Jakin NGO’s venue before receiving their food packages.
The palliative packages contained raw nutritional food items carefully prepared to cater to over 250 individuals, helping to ease the burden of hunger and food insecurity among vulnerable members of the community.
The event was a huge success, thanks to the effective planning, proper mobilization, and collaboration between A.C.E. and Jakin NGO. Beneficiaries expressed deep gratitude and excitement for being selected to benefit from the project, with many appreciating the support provided during these challenging times.
