Restoring Mobility, Restoring Dignity
Imagine the freedom of movement being out of reach—something most of us take for granted. For many persons living with disabilities, mobility is not just about getting from one place to another; it’s about reclaiming independence and dignity.
In September 2024, Action for Change and Empowerment (ACE), in partnership with JAKIN N.G.O distributed 100 wheelchairs donated by The Number One Mission across five Nigerian states, bringing hope, freedom, and a renewed sense of possibility.

âś” 100 individuals with disabilities (63 men, 37 women)
âś” Beneficiaries included people with cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and paralysis
âś” Across Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, and Ekiti
The impact? Life-changing. Testimonials poured in from recipients who can now access work, school, and their communities with ease. This initiative is not just about mobility—it’s about empowerment.
